I bought this machine about a year ago. Its materials seem to be of good quality.
It is lightweight and very easy to handle. Personally, since I have a garden with obstacles in between (trees, poles, etc.), it suits me very well (I don’t do long straight runs). It seems like it will stand the test of time.

In soil that is being tilled for the first time, you should first remove the many weeds. It won’t get completely stuck, but its performance will drop a bit as the grass will stick to the blades.

In very dry soil that hasn’t been tilled recently (especially if the soil is clayey), it may not dig at all. In that case, you will need to wet the soil and after 2 days you’ll be fine.

Usually 2 passes are needed for a satisfactory result. I recommend it to people with small gardens (up to half a stremma) who want a manageable machine without much hassle.

For more demanding cases, I think you will be wasting your money for nothing.

UPDATE 2026: After 2-3 years it gave up. I didn’t even take it for service; I bought another one. If I could turn back time, I wouldn’t buy it again. Note that I changed the oil and cleaned it properly... it was also stored in a dry place during the winters. So let no smartass think it was the result of misuse. That’s it
