Description

Description

Powerful two-stage 10 and 1 micron solid carbon block filter of the latest technology.

Removes and reduces: dirt, sludge, rust, stones, suspended solids, chlorine, petroleum products, phenols, chloroform, heavy metals, pesticides, various chemicals-toxins, has bacteriostatic action as it also improves water quality. Removes odor and improves the taste of water without removing the useful trace elements for the human body.

Filtration Stages

First stage:

Compact active fibrous carbon from coconut shell 10μm with Aqualen and bactericidal silver additive in its active ionic form.

Second stage:

Ultra-dense compact active fibrous carbon from coconut shell 1μm with Aqualen and bactericidal silver additive in its active ionic form.

Aqualen Technology

Aqualen is a material made of activated carbon fiber. Aqualen has excellent absorption capabilities against organic impurities and toxic heavy metals. It provides an adsorption rate (two orders of magnitude higher than granular simple activated carbon) and the ability to remove even trace concentrations of heavy metals and toxic organic impurities, such as pesticides, trihalomethanes, chlorophenols, and pharmaceutical products.
The high porosity and ion exchange properties of Aqualen further enhance its superiority in adsorption compared to granular simple activated carbon. The main reason is the small diameter of the fiber and therefore the very large external surface area per unit weight (one to two orders of magnitude larger external surfaces than granular).
The Aqualen absorption surface is 33 times larger than that of conventional ion exchange absorbers. Filters based on Aqualen technology are more than 10 times faster and more reliable than conventional filters.
