Recommended Dosage

  • Mix the powder content (47g) in 500 ml of water and shake well.

    Very nice taste and even better result! I use it instead of gels for long (>1.5 hour) or intense (>80% heart rate) running workouts for marathon preparation. I haven't used it during a race (I only take Maurten Drink Mix) but I'm sure it would be just fine!
    When preparing, it needs vigorous stirring (e.g. with a frappe mixer) for a better result. Be careful with the powder as it sticks to any surface it falls on.

    It dissolves easily in water, has a nice taste at least for my preferences, and it does the job. Read and follow the dilution instructions because if you add too much it becomes very sweet.

    Very good, soluble with satisfactory taste. Much cheaper than the also quality gel sachets of the same company. One of the very positive things for me, apart from its isotonic action, is that it does not cause me any reflux. I am very satisfied, but I prefer gel sachets on the bike as they are more practical.
