    I have bought 4 of them, one for each (siblings-parents) home. We have had them for 2 years now. Every year, I would take it to the store to get it fixed, they would send it to the company, and it would come back broken again. There is nothing worse than this. One doesn't heat up, one breaks the remote controls. It also has a system that works for 2 hours and then shuts off, which doesn't really help. I am truly disappointed
