Fishing reel from Shimano, suitable for bolognese, English style. It features 7 bearings that facilitate the movement of the main shaft. The reel drum rotates with a gear ratio of 6:1, which means that with one complete turn of the handle, the spool will make 6 rotations. The reel can hold 160m of 0.25mm thick line, and if a thicker line is used, the capacity in length is reduced.

  • It features a Zinc Diecast drive gear, waterproof multi-disc drag, and a new ergonomic double handle. It comes with two spools, one match and one SA-CF.
  • Upgraded Long Stroke Spool technology for greater casting accuracy due to improved line release from the spool.
  • Micromodule II Cold Forged technology for improved mechanism strength.
  • Waterproof front drag system with controlled adjustment that ensures good brake operation and spool stability even when the drag setting is at a minimum.
  • Silent Drive technology that eliminates "click" sounds and minimal handle play, while the mechanism's durability is further enhanced through X-Protect technology, offering maximum protection from the harsh reality of saltwater.
  • The external finish of Shimano mechanisms repels water that falls on them, while water penetration into the internal parts is extremely difficult, ensuring the long life of each mechanism.

The placement of the MicroModule gear on the shaft reduces the vibrations caused by oscillation. This innovation provides the mechanism with incomparably smooth operation, without taking away any power or durability over time.

XProtect

A triple water-resistant shield has been created by Shimano in the Roller Clutch. They constructed a metal lip that prevents water from entering through the gap between the rotor and the body. Long Strong Spool
