    If you get it hoping to slightly plump your lips, the answer is no. However, it does create a nice blur effect and it is quite moisturizing and soft on the lips. Maybe they promote it a little wrong..

If you have deep lines, it will make them appear slightly smoother (blur), but I didn't see it create the plum effect it promises. You can only use it as a treatment on well-exfoliated lips, otherwise you won't see any difference.
