    Two stars, for the quantity and the taste.
    Personally, it WRECKED my gut!
    I know that proteins generally cause bloating and gas, but this thing was indescribable, I was doubled over...!
    I tried 3 times and all three different flavors in case it was a fluke, but the same or worse happened.
    Not recommended for people with sensitive guts, like mine.

    Favorite NatureTech. Top bars in terms of quality/price/macros. Obviously at this price they are not 100% whey milk, but the plant protein they contain (soy) does not bloat me and does not bother my gut even if I eat them every day. They also contain collagen and soy lecithin, both of which are very important for joints and cholesterol, especially if you are over 40 like I am. Taste-wise I prefer these Power Pro Plus, but the 'regular' Power Pro also have plant fibers.
