Educational Psychology is an applied science that deals not only with the description and interpretation of student behavior but primarily with the conditions, possibilities, and limits of the influence of educational circumstances, with the aim of improving the effectiveness of pedagogical and teaching practices.

For this reason, it is considered the science of the educator par excellence, providing them with knowledge, ideas, and theories. However, these tools are not offered for immediate consumption and application, but for reflective utilization, which sensitizes the educator in such a way that they keep their mind and eyes open, enabling them to accept new knowledge without bias and rigidity and to learn from their own experience.

In this way, education does not become a routine of principles and methods but a creative endeavor, through which the educator is renewed every day.
