Description

The G260CS electric guitar by Cort is a more traditional version of the popular G260DX that will attract guitarists who prefer a vintage vibe.

Made from durable woods such as Alder for the body, maple for the neck, and Pau Ferro for the fretboard. It features vintage tuners and a nickel humbucker in the bridge position.

This Cort electric guitar offers the big, warm sound reminiscent of the glorious classic rock era of the '60s and '70s.

Body made of durable Alder wood & neck made of Maple

The Alder body offers a warm and full sound, while the Maple neck adds a modern element to the overall sound of the guitar.



Pau Ferro fretboard

A dense hard wood with a tonal character somewhere between Maple and Rosewood, Pau Ferro also has the smooth feel of ebony and a luxurious high-end appearance.

Voiced Tone VTS-63 & VTH-59

The new Voiced Tone VTH-59 bridge humbucker and VTS-63 single-coil pickups perfectly complement the guitar's big, robust acoustic sound with modern clarity, transparency, and vintage warmth. 

Developed with care by Cort's engineers, leveraging decades of experience in pickup winding, Voiced Tone pickups feature the highest quality components and winding techniques to allow for faithful reproduction of the guitar's natural character through the amplifier.

Treble Bleed Circuit

This new feature on the G260CS is a capacitor on the volume control that allows high frequencies to pass even when you lower the volume. This means that the tone remains the same, regardless of how you have set the control without becoming dark or muffled.

Genuine Bone Nut

For the most natural and organic sound and feel, there is nothing better than the genuine Bone Nut, this critical point of contact for the strings helps the strings vibrate freely and transfer this energy to the guitar's woods.

Steel Bent Saddle

Steel is used in the Bent saddle for a big, bold, and defined sound as well as for longer sustain.
