Made from lightweight, breathable fabric, it can be worn under or over clothing. The gel can be used hot or cold and is extremely flexible for maximum surface coverage.

• Cold therapy: Relieves pain and reduces swelling caused by injury. Suitable for sports injuries (e.g. bruises, dislocations), acute inflammations, inflammatory rheumatic diseases. Place the pack in the freezer or refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
• Hot therapy: For non-inflammatory pain. Heat the pack for 5 minutes in water (max 80⁰C).
