I couldn't believe what I saw happening with this book! My daughter, while she had a strong opposition to reading any book on her own, picked it up once to flip through it and started reading it. Now she reads every night before bed!! I will get her all the books in this series, even though the quality of the writing isn't that great, still it's very enjoyable for kids to read and the goal of reading is achieved!
