    I went from tangle teezer & wet brush to this one, a difficult transition at first as the others are gentle on the hair, however they neither detangle nor style the hair as well. Now it suits me much better, even for drying with the brush, as I style my hair as much as I can with it and don't straighten it. It also styles slick backs much better and helps with frizz (I believe due to the boar bristles)
