    It makes very nice fried potatoes, the problem is that you need to have a strong fire. Its weight is OK, in cleaning it is good. The problem is that it scratches easily, that's why the silicone or plastic spatula is used, which is specifically for high temperatures. I am satisfied with this, I bought it from the supermarket
