The installation took place in an apartment building with the usual use of a four-member family, supplied with good quality water from an underground tank. Previous changes had been made approximately every two years, as a preventive measure, without any noticeable decrease in performance.
Within just four months (by the end of August 2022), the performance of the 5-stage filter was constantly decreasing and eventually became zero. Investigation revealed that the membrane included in the set had completely clogged. I contacted the store and they told me that there is no warranty issue because if the product was defective, it would have been evident from the first days, they said.
I removed the membrane and installed the old one (which had already been used for over two years and I had kept it) and the filter has been working without any further problems until today (November 2022).
I would not dare to buy it again.
