It is centrifugal and operates at high speeds, chopping fruits or vegetables before passing them through a strainer to make juice. Compared to a blender, the juicer extracts the juice by removing the pulp from the fruit or vegetable, retaining only their liquids. In contrast, the blender turns the whole fruit or vegetable into a thick drink.

Fruits with thin skins can be placed whole, while fruits with thick skins should be peeled and large seeds removed. It has 2 speeds to adjust the intensity depending on the texture of the food.

The juice collection jug has a capacity of 1.5 liters with a graduated scale. The pulp container has a capacity of 2.5 liters, where the pulp removed from the fruits and vegetables is collected.
