Applying the mask is simple and effective. After washing your hair, apply an amount of product, about the size of two walnuts, to damp hair, focusing mainly from the mid-lengths to the ends. Allow the mask to work for at least five minutes for best results. For even more intensive hydration, you can wrap your hair with a warm towel during the application.

For rinsing, prefer lukewarm to cold water to "lock in" all the nutrients into the hair.
