It loses the map of the house, it loses its base, it doesn't clean all the areas, while as a vacuum cleaner it cleans well, collects dust and hair perfectly. Mopping is useless as it doesn't compare to regular mopping. When you have carpets and difficult spots in the house, it gets stuck. In the summer, for example, when we gather the carpets, things are better, it doesn't have as many obstacles and it cleans better and faster. It requires preparation before using it, such as lifting the curtains because it catches them, lifting chairs because it takes a long time to clean around them, slippers, charger cables, etc., such things need to be picked up because it catches and gets stuck. When it was purchased, it worked fine, but recently it has gone crazy and the problem is the application that crashes and loses the map and its base.
