I bought them for running in order to help with blood circulation in the leg and to warm up faster, mainly the gastrocnemius but also the inner/outer thighs. They reach a little above the knee and are very convenient. They didn't help me break my personal record in the 5k marathon, but that was mainly because I was untrained, the socks are not to blame.
Τις αγόρασα για τρέξιμο ώστε να βοηθούν στην κυκλοφορία του αίματος στο πόδι και να ζεσταίνουν ποιό γρήγορα κυρίως τον γαστροκνήμιο αλλά και τους έσω / έξω πλατείς. Πιάνουν λίγο ποιό πάνω απο το γόνατο και είναι πάρα πολύ βολικές. Δεν με βοήθησαν να σπασω το χρόνο μου στο 5άρι του μαραθωνίου, αλλά έφταιγε κυρίως πως ήμουν απροπόνητος, δεν έχουν θέμα οι κάλτσες.
