Finally, we can eat potatoes like humans. It's a professional fryer, but for home use.
Before, we used to fry potatoes on the electric stove, but it took at least 30 minutes for one batch, resulting in us losing our appetite by the time the second batch was done.
With this fryer, it takes about 15 minutes for freshly cut potatoes.
The oil reaches 200 degrees in just 10 minutes.
It's a bit heavy and quite large, so you need to find a permanent place to put it.

For its price, it's excellent. I believe it will last us for many years since the materials seem good.

28/06/21 I'm crazy about frying with it!!! With 6 liters of oil, we fry one kilogram of frozen potatoes directly in 3-4 minutes for pre-fried ones and 10 minutes for fresh ones!!! What else can I say!! At my son's party, I fried 8 kilograms of potatoes, 3 kilograms of chicken nuggets, and 5 kilograms of meatballs in record time!!!! Just imagine how much time you would need to cook all of these in a pan... perfect!!! The only "negative" is its appearance, but if you have space in a cabinet and hide it, everything is okay!
