It is definitely not a makeup remover as it claims, hence the 4/5 stars, but I knew that from the beginning when I bought it long before the second lockdown, but it can smudge a lipstick or something easy that doesn't leave residue. It is the ideal product for people who feel that water dehydrates their skin, something very common, you just swipe it with a cotton pad and proceed with your personal product for cleansing or you can stay with it without cleansing your face with another product.
