The Collistar Professional Eye Pencil with Glitter is an extremely easy-to-use eye pencil that can be used as eyeliner, as a kajal pencil, and even as an eyeshadow when applied to the eyelids with the special sponge. It contains Jojoba oil, vitamins A and E, and is waterproof.

Usage Instructions:

• As a pencil, apply close to or inside the lash line.
• As an eyeshadow, apply directly to the eyelids and blend with the special brush found at the other end of the pencil.
