Προσοπικα θεβρο πως οι συγκεκριμενες ειναι παρα πολυ καλες. δ βλεπω καποιο λογο να μη τις αγορασει καποιος ειναι στυβαρες εχουν καλο σχημα και βαρος πολυ καλες για κατακορυφο αλλα και planche, planche push ups και κανονικα push ups μπορεις να εκτελεσεις αψωγα ασκησεις οπως το L Sit κλπ οποτε με αυτα κατα νου ξεκαθαρο 5 απο μενα
