    We bought the device with the spare filter and installed it on 2/11/2023, which is 6 months ago. From the first moment, there were problems. The water had a strange smell and taste. The company doubted the problem and asked us to send it to them at our own expense to check the chlorine, even though it didn't smell like chlorine but something else. The smell went away
