1966. A wind of revolution begins to rise around the world...

In Paris, Suzanne, a young girl with a revolutionary spirit, feels stifled in a conservative urban family that hopes to see her make a good marriage. In West Berlin, shy Magda hopes to find her family living on the other side of the wall, in East Germany.

At the same time, in a Greece crushed by dictatorship, the spirited Kleomena tries to live by working as a clerk while dreaming of pursuing her studies.

In this fractured and wounded Europe, they all share a common dream: to find their way in life, to discover love, and above all to become independent women, free from all oppression.

A multi-layered novel that resembles a suitcase filled with hidden secrets: old photographs, letters, postcards, and three young women who feel suffocated in a society that is boiling just before the upheaval.
