I have been buying it for two years. I take one tablet (and I feel relieved) only when I feel a slight burning sensation or when I urinate frequently or infrequently. These symptoms always led me to a definite urinary tract infection before I learned about and started taking these tablets. When I first took them, I already had bloody urine, but due to the time and day, I couldn't communicate with my urologist. A friend of mine recommended them to me with great confidence, and since I didn't have a better solution or anything to lose, I tried them. Shortly after I took one, the pain, frequent urination, and blood stopped, and everything returned to normal. Of course, I took antibiotics when I managed to communicate with my urologist because if there is blood, there is also a risk of pyelonephritis (please consult your urologist in case of bloody urine, even if it stops).
I have noticed that they don't work as effectively when I take them on a full stomach, so I prefer to take them at least 2-3 hours after a meal, depending on how full or empty my stomach feels. I had also taken similar pills from another company (because they were cheaper), I took them daily for prevention, and after about a month (usually once or more times a month, I have symptoms), the classic symptoms started and I got a urinary tract infection. The pills didn't work for prevention, let alone for treating a urinary tract infection.
I don't know if the effectiveness of this particular product is partly due to the liquid form in which we consume it, but I recommend it. I feel safe and haven't taken antibiotics since I started taking them. You can use them like I do, meaning only when you notice symptoms. This way, one package can last for several months depending on the frequency of your symptoms.
