CBR Olympic Plate Bumper HMS, covered with high-quality rubber. Its main advantages are perfect casting, aesthetic finish, and a special profile that prevents it from rotating on the neck.

The plates are made of high-quality materials. Covered with special, thick rubber that absorbs any impact – to avoid damaging the ground when dropped. Depending on the weight, CBR HMS plates achieve from 75 to 96 degrees on the Shore scale. This means that these plates are much more durable than cheaper, rubber plates available on the market.

Each plate is calibrated by weight and dimensions. This means that the weight of the disc must be between +0.5% and -0.5%. The colors of the plates assigned to each weight comply with the IWF's technical requirements, i.e., the International Weightlifting Federation. The inner diameter has been adapted to Olympic bars. The precise construction ensures weight stability during intense training.

The sleeve on the plate is made of stainless steel - this facilitates the placement and removal of the load from the bar. Additionally, it is an element thanks to which the load is held securely on the bar.
