Excellent! It was purchased together with the orange and blue ones. Very good quality rubber, it doesn't smell at all, and after a lot of stretching, it doesn't show any signs of wear. There is no chance that this thing will break.
I use the *yellow* one for shoulder exercises, rotator cuffs, etc... mostly for smaller muscle groups, the *orange* one for chest and back, and the *blue* one for larger muscles like quadriceps, for example. Subjective examples, of course, as it depends on each person's strength, but the yellow is a good starting point for everyone.
One can do a decent and complete workout, only with resistance bands, at home, instead of paying gym subscriptions. Must buy!
