Description

Water filter cartridge against salts that acts on the positive ions of calcium and magnesium (Ca2+ & Mg2+) and makes them soluble in water. This way it prevents salt deposits in pipes, boilers, and other devices. It also reacts with iron ions Fe2+ creating an insoluble film that protects metal pipes from corrosion.  

Its natural form after processing is in the form of a crystalline transparent bead. The cartridge fits most 10" devices. The beads are encapsulated in the cartridge which has a melt-blown 50micron sediment filter at the inlet and outlet to protect the material from dirt and other factors that would reduce its performance.
