The Dräger X-plore® Rd40 filters protect against harmful gases and microparticles in a cost-effective and efficient manner, making them synonymous with experience and safety worldwide.
An aluminum housing ensures easy detection of impacts, providing additional safety.
They feature a threaded connection with a standardized connection (Rd40) according to EN 148-1 standard.
Suitable for half and full-face masks with Rd40 threading, such as Dräger X-plore® 4740 & 6000, as well as all masks regardless of manufacturer with Rd40 filter thread connection (ǿ 40mm) according to EN 148-1.

Recommended Use
The X-plore Rd40 filter series offers various types of filters for extensive applications and protects against organic and inorganic gases with a boiling point above 65°C as well as ammonia, mercury, and suspended particulates, and from phosphine to tear gas & particles.
They are used for respiratory protection in combination with half-mask or full-face mask in the chemical industry or the automotive industry, shipbuilding industry, metal processing industry, or in public utility services for decades.
