The "Ten creative steps for a school performance" are a proposal for the preparation and creation of performances with children of school and preschool age. They include methodological guidelines and the process for organizing and effectively supporting the performance in terms of music, speech, movement, scenery and costumes, as well as six sample performances with themes that are close to the school life, needs and interests of children. We were led to this work considering the beneficial effect of artistic activities on the school group, succumbing to the charm of engaging with children and art, and taking into account the uniqueness of educational reality. After a long experimental period, we decided to present this work and share it with teachers, preschool teachers, facilitators, and art teachers.
