It did a very good job. If you don't have a Miele washing machine with the special corresponding cleaning program, choose a cotton wash at over 65°C and without prewash. It's a good idea to do another 1-2 washes or a rinse-spin program with an empty drum after cleaning to remove any product residue that may remain. The inside of the washing machine shines after use.

I have been using it for many years. I use it once a year. It is very good and my washing machine always shines.

Excellent! After using it, the odors that wouldn't go away with the Finish cleaner disappeared. You need to put all the powder in an empty dishwasher, without pre-wash, on a large program. If it has been pre-washed, you put it in the dishwasher after the pre-wash is finished.

I used it in a dishwasher. I appreciate that due to the not very clear instructions, it should be put after the first pre-rinse (you stop the operation) otherwise it will drive it away with the first rinse aid. I am not able to say about any immediate effectiveness, I hope it will do what it promises.

I don't know about the others who bought it, but personally, I prefer cleaning the washing machine with chlorine rather than with this specific product!

H Miele has two cleaners, one with a white cap and another with a red cap. The white one is for cleaning bacteria, etc., and the red one is for removing salts, fats, etc. Both can be used for dishwashers and washing machines.

It is single-use, you empty it completely and set it to the maximum temperature without dismantling or shortening. Miele recommends using the white one twice a year or depending on how dirty the clothes/dishes are (and the red one two to four times depending on the water hardness).

It is expensive but it always cleans the drum and removes black mold from the rubber on the door.
