The Johns C-H Long lymphedema glove is flat-knitted and applies compression to the upper limbs, primarily for treating lymphatic system disorders. It is used for lymphedema and lipedema up to stage II, as well as for postoperative or post-traumatic edema and scar treatment. It is suitable for normal to firm connective tissue, preferably without skin folds or abrupt changes in circumference.
Its fit is tailored to the patient’s needs. To care for it, wash separately or with similar colors, without bleach or fabric softener, using a wool detergent. Rinse several times and hang to dry in a shaded area, away from radiators and direct sunlight. Do not clean with chemicals or benzene.
