The questions and doubts that flood the mind of a person as they study the Biblical texts have been anxiously and persistently seeking answers for centuries to inquiries such as: What kind of God is this who persecutes two of His weak creations, Adam and Eve, and condemns humankind to eternal punishment for a simple act of disobedience?
What kind of Creation is this, whose description strongly contradicts common sense with its absurdities and inconsistencies? What kind of spiritual patriarchs are all the - as portrayed - repulsive and immoral heroes of the Biblical stories?
It is therefore perfectly reasonable that one cannot believe in a tyrannical, unjust, nepotistic, exploitative God, a God who inspires anything but love and justice with His decisions, interventions, and actions.
However, the understanding of the Biblical message gallops on the winged horse of Lost Knowledge, which has been forbidden, altered, and distorted over the centuries out of purposefulness, intolerance, and pettiness.
Ignorance and fear have led religion to build a Babel of ritualism, where the flock is entitled to blessing only when it follows strict rules of external behavior. The Church undoubtedly thrives, as does its courtyard. Yet, the anxiety of man grows.
The "blessings" he receives - or even purchases - do not redeem him. The lost knowledge of the Bible seeks to lift the veil of ancient symbols and lead the seeker of Truth to the revelation of the mystery. A mystery that concerns the purpose of his existence and his evolutionary journey.
