The areas to be glued must be clean, dry, and free of dust or grease.

The UHU glue varnish is easy to apply with a brush or sponge. Once you cut the napkin pattern and lift the top (printed) layer, apply a base layer of the glue to the object and then place the napkin pattern onto the glue before it dries and carefully smooth it into place. Allow it to dry for a while. Finish by applying glue all over. This gives the final touch to your artwork and also seals it. Ensure that the UHU glue varnish is not applied too thickly to limit paper shrinkage. If you want to make something out of paper or card (e.g., invitations or greeting cards), apply small dots of the product to fix the patterns in place instead of applying a base layer of the product.

Before the UHU glue varnish dries, it can be removed with water to which a little dish soap can be added. Once the UHU glue varnish has dried, it cannot be removed with water. Use a solvent such as acetone to clean brushes or sponges once the product has dried on them. Product particles can be removed from fingers by rubbing or by repeatedly washing hands.

The product should be stored in a dry, cool place where there is no possibility of ice formation.
