Vita Hair Professional blue lightening powder is suitable for all lightening techniques and works deep into the hair. Use with Vita Hydrogen Peroxide 20Vol, 30Vol or 40Vol, depending on the desired degree of lightening.
To use, mix 1 part powder with 2 parts oxidizing cream in a non-metallic bowl and apply to unwashed hair. Strand testing is recommended, with a maximum processing time of 35 minutes. Then rinse the hair thoroughly with lukewarm water and wash with a neutralizing shampoo. Results depend on the volume strength of the Hydrogen Peroxide, the hair’s color and condition, and the processing time.
