Οι πένες ζέας ολικής άλεσης του Αγροκτήματος Αντωνόπουλου παρασκευάζονται από αλεύρι ολικής άλεσης σίτου Triticum dicoccum βιολογικής γεωργίας. Η συγκεκριμένη ποικιλία είναι η αβελτίωτη τοπική ποικιλία «Triticum dicoccum Dilofos». Αποτελούν πηγή μαγνησίου, φωσφόρου, σεληνίου, ψευδαργύρου, λυσίνης, φυτικών ινών και βιταμινών του συμπλέγματος Β.

Είναι κατάλληλες για vegan και χορτοφάγους. Ο χρόνος βρασμού τους είναι 5–7 λεπτά και διατηρούνται σε δροσερό και ξηρό μέρος.
