Unfortunately, you get what you pay for. I chose them because of the low price, but they don't help at all in training because their material slips on the balance beam. I do not recommend them, it's a waste of money.
Δυστυχώς ότι πληρώνεις παίρνεις. Τα επέλεξα λόγω χαμηλής τιμής, αλλά δεν βοηθούν καθόλου στην προπόνηση γιατί το υλικό τους γλιστράει στο μονόζυγο. Δεν τα προτείνω, πεταμένα λεφτά.
I bought them because of the low price...
- They do not protect you in wods that involve many repetitions with a single dumbbell.
- After a while, they hardened and make it harder to grip.
- From the beginning, they bother the fingers that touch the holes.
- Overall, the palm is only partially covered.

-Δεν σε προστατεύουν σε wod τα οποια έχουν πολλές επαναλήψεις με μονόζυγο.
-Μετα από καιρό σκλήρηνανε και κάνουν πιο δύσκολη την λαβή σου.
-Εξαρχής ενοχλήσε στα δάχτυλα που ακουμπάνε τις τρύπες.
-Γενικά η παλάμη καλύπτεται μερικώς.
They leaked during the first workouts, resulting in leaving the entire palm exposed. It's better to spend a few extra euros to get something of better quality.
Ξεχύλωσαν στις πρωτες προπονήσεις με αποτέλεσμα ν'αφηνουν όλη την παλάμη εκτεθιμένη. Καλύτερα λίγα ευρώ παραπάνω για να πάρεις κάτι ποιοτικό.
With 5 euros, you save several missed workouts, be careful with the size, it is tight and quite short, which is a problem. Get a bigger size for sure
με 5 ευρω σώζεις αρκετές χαμένες προπονήσεις , προσοχή στο νούμερο είναι στενά και κοντά αρκετά , που είναι πρόβλημα .
