    Personally, after a month and a half of using the recommended dosage, it did not help me with wrist pain from tendinitis and mild elbow pain because I have epicondylitis, but without severe or very annoying pain. Two stars for the effort and because turmeric might help somewhere else and contains piperine, which is supposed to aid absorption.

    However, I don't think someone can take it for a long time because curcumin thins the blood as research suggests, and it should be clarified if this is good for long-term use since it also acts to some extent as an anticoagulant.
