Bought this bread because I love this particular one and buying it from AB whenever I find it, but this one looked and tasted totally different even though it’s supposed to be the same bread , it’s hard as a brick and tasteless

As a natural product, it is very sensitive and must be kept in the refrigerator and consumed immediately. The sugars that I read about in a previous comment are indeed natural (no added sugar), but they give the bread a very sweet taste, unfamiliar to those who love traditional bread. On the positive side, with a very small quantity, you feel satisfied, but on the other hand, if you eat a large quantity, it is certain that you will see the scale go up. I don't think it is the solution I was looking for as a healthy replacement for bread, though.

I bought 3 bread rolls. They were all fresh (expiration in 6 months), soft, and delicious. It's like eating cake. As soon as I finish them, I will order again.

It is simply amazing "bread". I don't know if we can call it bread because it is made from ground sprouts.
Apart from being delicious, it is also very filling.
I suggest toasting it in a toaster for 1 minute, it becomes incredible.
