Keep in a dry and cool place.

Dosage / Usage:

You can replace part of the wheat flour with almond flour. Gluten allows the dough to rise. When baking with yeast, you can replace 10-20% of the wheat flour. You will need to increase the amount of liquid by 5-10%.

When baking without yeast, you can replace up to 100% of the flour, but you should reduce the amount of almond flour to 50-60% or increase the amount of liquid in the recipe.

Use 1/3 of the quantity if the recipe has full-fat almond flour. When baking with 100% almond flour, it may be more difficult to homogenize the dough. It is recommended to add a binding agent, such as xanthan.
