    Quite good citric magnesium. On a daily basis you see various, especially if you pay attention to all the electrolytes you consume.

    1- The issue with water is that you have to put it first in a "dry" glass and then add your preferred beverage and if it forms lumps you will need to wait a few minutes (1-2 minutes) until they dissolve. Of course, even if you swallow these pieces you won't suffer any harm. It's purely an 'aesthetic' matter.
    2- There is a possibility that it may seem "stuck" at the bottom of the glass and won't come off easily. There you simply leave it with water and it will dissolve effortlessly on its own.
