Tl;dr: They are good but remain budget.

I read reviews before buying it, the negative ones are relatively unfounded.

Don't expect active noise cancelling, bass, or anything else advanced, but the sound is clear and the headphones are cheap. Also, they get tangled relatively hard, although I use a clip to put them aside when I'm not using them.

We should know a bit about what we're buying; you can't get a spaceship for 9€. The value for money is more than fair.

What bass? There is no bass, only treble. Very bad product, unfortunately I was misled by the reviews here. I do not recommend them to anyone unless it is for occasional use.

5 stars because they don't break easily. I use them every night while sleeping and despite the daily wear and tear, they usually last me over 1.5 years. As for sound, they are nothing special

They are cheap and good. Absolutely satisfied with the sound quality as well as the comfort when placing them in the ear.

Very good headphones with clear and strong sound, but you need to be careful because the cable is long and they might get damaged at some point

THEY ARE VERY CONVENIENT headphones for MOBILE PHONES, MP3 and COMPUTER. I had them in the past for MANY YEARS, they also have the COVERS that DO NOT SLIP and DO NOT FALL OFF when YOU MOVE.
WHAT TO WATCH OUT FOR...
I see that MANY PEOPLE SAY they have BAD sound, THIS IS NOT TRUE. In reality, it's a matter of the plug, it just doesn't fit their device. IT doesn't work with all new phones and the sound gets distorted. (You will notice that if you pull the plug out a little, the sound will improve somewhat, which means it doesn't fit the port.)

After two weeks the earphone came apart. The sound quality is average. You get what you pay for in the end.

They lasted me two years, and they would have lasted longer, but I took off the caps to clean them and lost one. Excellent product, especially for the price.

I have been using them for 5 years, I have bought them 2-3 times and I am going for the 4th time (because I use them on various devices, computer, playstation, mobile, etc.). I have to say that I am extremely satisfied. For 10 euros, you get a great sound, durable, and for gaming, I can hear everything. I have never been disappointed. The only downside is that they don't have a microphone. But it's a minor issue. Kudos and once again kudos to Sony.

Very good sound from these cheap headphones. It would be helpful if the cable were a little longer. They seem quite quality in construction.

The sound is quite bright, lacks bass, but for simple use, it's fine. If you want value for money and good sound, go for Koss 75.

Ok, cheap but due to the company I thought it would be a basic ok headset but no. Bad sound and poor quality, they broke in 1 week.

I had them for 7 years and since one of the two stopped working, I recently bought the same ones again. I believe they are worth it. They produce a pretty good sound for their price.

They went into the washing machine, they fell in the rain countless times, and after a year and maybe 2 years, one earphone broke. The other one continues to work normally. One of my favorite earphones. Sometimes it would call the Google Assistant, but it seems logical since they had been in the washing machine. The fact that they still worked after such a "bath" is a miracle.

Having changed several earbuds, I will say that these, although decent... are not suitable for sound (music). However, they are good for talking. If you chose them to listen to music/radio etc... they are not suitable because the output sound is unacceptable. Zero bass.

Also... they do not have a microphone.

Personal opinion, the best headphones in the world for their price always, I had been using them for several years until one broke, I bought some JBL ones but unfortunately they didn't turn out well for me and didn't suit me, of course it depends on how each of us sees everything in this life, the music we listen to, the equalizer, etc... so I will buy these specific Sony ones again. Simply top-notch.

Medium build quality, generally durable. Incredibly lightweight to the point where you forget you're wearing them. Non-existent bass, decent - fair sound reproduction. For their price, they're fine, could be cheaper. Important note, they don't have a microphone so they're not great for phone calls.

Recommended for someone who wants to use them with a computer, wants to listen to some casual music, and needs to use headphones to not disturb someone who might be sleeping nearby.

In my opinion, spend a little extra money and go for the JBL T110 or 160 (in-ear) or the JBL Tune 205 for similar type of headphones, much better quality and with a microphone.

For their price (5-7 euros), they are truly incomparable. Satisfactory sound, good fit for most ears, lightweight and comfortable for casual use. Durability over time remains to be seen, previous ones lasted about a year with rough handling. The cotton tips will eventually come off like with all similar products. If you want them to stay in place longer, apply a little glue to the edges immediately after the first use. For satisfactory bass, they must fit well in the ears, otherwise there will be losses. They could be headphones that come as a gift with the Easter candle. They only remind of Sony in the logo... The worst I have ever heard. Even if they cost 1 €, it would still be too much. I have bought these headphones about 3 times in 6 years (maybe even more). Despite the fact that the sound quality is not the best, they are very durable and convenient. I use them a lot because I simply use them all day, every day. They break after a long time and after many door slams, pocket squeezes, travels, and sand. If you are looking for something durable and cheap, this is exactly what you want.

Simple everyday convenient headphones. Their downside is their bass. Almost non-existent. I got them because they suit me better than the ones that go inside the ear. But forget about them for running and music. They will fall out of your ears. Similar ones but for inside the ear and maybe for running, you can go for (Sony Earbud Headphones MDR-EX15LP). But if you want better sound and maybe for running, then go for the more expensive but higher quality (Sony Earbud Headphones MDR-EX110LP)

One of the worst headphones I have ever bought, really a joke. Zero durability, it broke in a few days

I agree with the other reviews that the bass doesn't sound good.
In fact, the first time I tried them, I thought the sound was still coming from the laptop... as if it sounded muffled.
It took me a day to get used to them.
But for the use I needed (video calls), they are fine.
Also, I didn't have any issues with the fit in my ears.

Headphones of very good quality for their price. To fit well in the ear, they need to be worn with "ear cushions" (you can buy many such cushions almost for free on ebay.co.uk, that's the only place I have found them). They have satisfactory bass for the price, but they need to be slightly pressed (tight) in the ear to create the bass sound, they are not good when worn completely loose (this depends on the size of one's ear). I believe that if you like good bass, then you should buy in-ear headphones, not cheap ones. Especially if you don't wear cushions to fit them nicely in the ear, then the sound loses its quality. They have lasted up to 5 years of daily use. The cables are thin, so they need their own case or pocket if you carry them with you, so they don't get tangled with other objects. I will buy them again because they are worth it and they are affordable.

They are worth their money, they have good sound and volume, very durable and the cable doesn't tangle like others. Their ear cushions wear out after some time, but it's natural, you just replace them if you want.

I have bought these headphones countless times as emergency headphones and for more comfortable use.

Positives:
- Comfortable
- Fit well for non-in-ear headphones
- Durable over time, and have accidentally been put in the washing machine multiple times and still worked fine (don't try this at home)
- Decent sound for their price (5€)

Negatives:
- Noticeable lack of bass
- Overall mediocre sound quality compared to headphones that cost 3-4 euros more
- Poor quality jack, as it starts disconnecting and activating Google Assistant on its own after 0.5-1 year (if you move it slightly)

Although they are emergency headphones and suitable for more relaxed use in the evening, I will prefer other headphones next time, in the range of 7-10 euros

Personally, they are my favorite headphones for everyday and long-term use on the road and at home. I have taken them everywhere, on trips, to the sea, to the mountains, at home, on the road, to work, to the gym. They even accidentally went through the washing machine and came out perfectly clean without any damage! I randomly tried them 7 years ago and haven't changed them since! They have a very nice, clear, and powerful sound. With very good mid and high tones. They have minimal bass, which personally I like and want, but it may not be recommended for bass lovers. Overall, they are quite durable for their price. They last me about 1.5-2 years for sure, with almost daily use everywhere! They fit quite well in the ears, and the positive thing is that they are very lightweight. For their price, they are definitely worth 100%.

Sony, once again Sony!!! I had some white ones and it is logical that after so much use (and after several years) they would suffer some wear and sound distortion!! I ordered these specific ones and I am quite satisfied... with the build quality... with the sound quality... with the bass... Of course, you might say it is too early to properly evaluate the product... nevertheless, for now, I am quite satisfied and excited!!

It was just a bad purchase. You only hear no good, forget about any bass. And because I had Sony ones that lasted me many years, I thought these ones, being the same brand, would be the same. I bought them an hour ago and I'm already looking for alternatives. I wasted some money.
