The only negative thing I have noticed is that sometimes the coffee runs and the green light turns off (which means it is no longer hot). Για τα λεφτά της είναι πάρα πολύ καλή, την έχω 1 χρόνο και κάνω το λιγότερο 3-4 καφέδες την ημέρα, ζεσταίνεται πολύ γρήγορα, το μόνο αρνητικό που έχω εντοπίσει είναι ότι καμία φορά τρέχει ο καφές και σβήνει το πράσινο λαμπάκι (σημαίνει ότι δεν είναι πια ζεστή). Σημαντικό να μην ξεχνάς να κάνεις τον απαραίτητο καθαρισμός με το υγρό που λέει σις οδηγίες
I bought 2 coffee makers from different stores with a few days difference, for 87 and 79 euros. One of them managed to make 6 coffees and had a problem with the opening (on). Specifically, it would immediately turn off. It should be noted that I received it on January 2nd and took it to the authorized repair shop on January 11th. I picked it up on January 13th, one of them said it was working fine and the other technician decided that it probably had water residue, which is not true. However, it brews good coffee, it is not noisy, I use illy coffee and I am satisfied, the only negative is that it doesn't make it as hot as I would like. I don't make frothy milk, so I don't have an opinion on that. The water tank is useful. In terms of plastic construction quality, I would expect something better.
Note: The second coffee maker has not been used yet, I hope it doesn't have any issues.
I will come back for further evaluation. After a few days of use, it had the same problem twice and then, after it worked and I made a coffee, it wouldn't turn off from the on/off switch. I contacted the service and they referred me to Delonghi Hellas. After a phone call, they told me to send it for replacement process to start.

I am coming back for the evaluation. In the end, it was not replaced by the company but repaired. Since then, it has not had any issues. The usage I have is one to two coffees maximum per day, the second coffee maker did not have any problems. Overall, I am satisfied so far

Συγκεκριμένα έσβηνε αμέσως Να σημειωθεί ότι παρελήφθη 2 Ιαν κ την πήγα στο εξουσιοδοτημένο κατάστημα επισκευής την 11 Ιαν. Στις 13 Ιαν την παραλαβα , την μια έλεγαν ότι δουλευε κανονικά κ την άλλη ο τεχνικός αποφάσισε ότι μάλλον έμεινε από νερό κάτι που δεν ισχύει. Πάντως κάνει καλό καιμακι , δεν είναι θορυβώδης, χρησιμοποιώ καφέ illy και είμαι ευχαριστημένος , το μόνο αρνητικό ότι δεν τον βγάζει κ τόσο ζεστό όσο θα ήθελα. Αφρογαλα δεν φτιάχνω οπότε δεν έχω άποψη. Το δοχείο νερού είναι χρηστικό . Από ποιότητα κατασκευής πλαστικών θα περίμενα κάτι καλύτερο .
Σημ: Η δεύτερη καφετιέρα δεν έχει χρησιμοποιηθεί ακομα , ελπίζω να μην παρουσιάσει κατι

Απευθύνθηκα στο σέρβις κ με παρέπεμψαν στην delonghi hellas . Μετά από τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία μου είπαν να την στείλω για να ξεκινήσει διαδικασία αντικαταστασης.

Επανέρχομαι για την αξιολόγηση . Τελικα δεν έγινε αντικατάσταση από την εταιρία αλλά επισκευή. Από τότε δεν παρουσίασε κάποιο πρόβλημα. Η χρήση που κάνω είναι ένας έως δύο καφέδες μέγιστο ημερησίως , η δεύτερη καφετιέρα δεν παρουσίασε κάποιο πρόβλημα . Γενικά μέχρι τώρα είμαι ευχαριστημενος

Purchased on 31/12/20 and in less than 2 months of use, problems started. Initially, in the process of making a classic espresso, the coffee stopped flowing without much pressure in the tamping, which surprised me considering that the machine theoretically has a high pressure rating. I cleaned the screens with a toothbrush in case they were clogged for some reason, but the problem was not resolved. Then, water started leaking from the plastic connections with the boiler, not from the grouphead. For a few days, I continued to use it despite the issue, with water spilling on the countertop, etc., until it reached the point where it even tripped the house's safety switch.
I contacted the store where I bought it and the company, since it is under a 2-year warranty, and they referred me to authorized service centers located in several places in Athens. I handed it over in February to be informed that the boiler needs to be replaced and under normal circumstances, the spare parts take 25 days to arrive, with an unknown completion date for the repair.
I am still waiting to receive it, so I paid 90 Euros for 1 month of machine usage, and currently, it has been over a month without any mention of replacement or anything similar from the company, which is completely unacceptable when it is clear that I purchased a machine with clear defects.
As for the coffee quality, do not expect much from a machine in this price range, as they are all more or less the same. It is fine for someone who just wants a cup of coffee to wake up and go to work, but not for someone who appreciates good coffee.
Αγορασμένη 31/12/20 και σε λιγότερο από 2 μήνες χρήσης για παρασκευή 1-2 καφέδων την ημέρα ξεκίνησαν προβλήματα. Αρχικά, σε κόψιμο κλασσικού εσπρέσσο σταμάτησε να τρέχει ο καφές χωρίς ιδιαίτερη πίεση στο tamping, πράγμα που μου έκανε εντύπωση με μηχανή που θεωρητικά έχει τόσα bar πίεσης. Καθάρισα με οδοντόβουρτσα τις σίτες σε περίπτωση που για κάποιο λόγο είχε βουλώσει και το πρόβλημα δε λύθηκε. Στη συνέχεια άρχισαν να τρέχουν νερά από την ένωση των πλαστικών με το boiler, κι όχι από το grouphead. Για λίγες ημέρες τη λειτούργησα παρά το θέμα, με πολλά νερά φυσικά στον πάγκο κλπ, ώσπου σαν αποκορύφωμα άρχισε να ρίχνει και την ασφάλεια του σπιτιού.
Επικοινώνησα με το κατάστημα που την αγόρασα και την εταιρεία, εφόσον είναι στην εγγύηση των 2 χρόνων και με παρέπεμψαν σε εξουσιοδοτημένα service που έχει σε αρκετά σημεία στην Αθήνα. Την παρέδωσα μέσα Φεβρουαρίου για να μου πουν πως θα γίνει αλλαγή boiler και πως υπό κανονικές συνθήκες τα ανταλλακτικά θέλουν 25 μέρες για να φτάσουν και άγνωστο το πότε θα ολοκληρωθεί κι η επισκευή.
Ακόμη περιμένω να την παραλάβω, οπότε έδωσα 90 Ευρώ για 1 μήνα χρήσης της μηχανής και προς το παρόν μετράμε 1 μήνα και κάτι εκτός, χωρίς μνοία αντικατάστασης ή κάτι παρεμφερές από την εταιρεία, το οποίο είναι εντελώς απαράδεκτο όταν είναι πασιφανές πως αγόρασα μία καθαρά ελλατωματική μηχανή.
Όσο για την ποιότητα του καφέ, μην περιμένετε και πάρα πολλά από μία μηχανή αυτής της κατηγορίας τιμών που πάνω κάτω όλες ίδιες είναι. Για κάποιο που απλά θέλει να πιει ένα καφέ για να ξυπνήσει και να πάει στην δουλειά του είναι μια χαρά αλλά όχι για κάποιον που αγαπά τον καλό καφέ.
Overall, it is a value for money coffee maker that I recommend to anyone who wants to enjoy a nice coffee at home without having any particular demands

It makes a good coffee for its price with a nice foam. It requires a bit of work to learn how to use it, but also to experiment. Espresso at home with bottled water is day and night compared to tap water. Also, you need to see which coffee suits this machine, I now only use a specific brand of Arabica. One good thing is that for a double espresso, it automatically stops at 50ml, so you won't drink too much water if you don't know. If you want a little more, wait 7-8 seconds for it to heat up again and continue. Ristretto, espresso, double ristretto, double espresso, and lungo that I tried are all good. However, you need to pay attention to the timing, so I got a dosing cup for espresso. I haven't tried cappuccino and other milk-based coffees, so I don't have an opinion.
κάνει μια χαρά καφέ για τα λεφτά της με καλό καϊμάκι. θέλει λίγο δουλίτσα βέβαια να τη μάθεις αλλά και να πειραματιστεις.. εσπρέσσο στο σπίτι πάντα με εμφιαλωμένο νερό είναι μέρα με τη νύχτα σε σχέση με το νερό βρύσης. επίσης θέλει να δεις και ποιος καφές σου ταιριάζει σε αυτή τη μηχανή εγώ πλέον περνώ μόνο συγκεκριμένης μάρκας αραμπικα. ένα καλό είναι ότι για διπλό εσπρέσσο σταματάει αυτόματα στα 50ml που πρέπει να να είναι οπότε δε παίζει να τον πιεις νερουλό άμα δε ξερεις. αν πάλι θέλεις λίγο παραπάνω περιμενεις 7-8 δευτερόλεπτα να ξαναζεσταθει και συνεχιζεις. ριστρετο, εσπρέσσο, διπλό ριστρετο, διπλό εσπρέσσο και λουγκο που δοκίμασα είναι μια χαρά. θέλει προσοχή στους χρόνους όμως εγώ πήρα ποτηράκι δοσομετριτη για εσπρέσσο. για καπουτσίνο και άλλους καφέδες με γάλα δε δοκίμασα οπότε δεν έχω άποψη.

I bought 2 coffee makers from different stores with a few days difference, for 87 and 79 euros. One of them managed to make 6 coffees and had a problem with the opening (on). Specifically, it would immediately turn off. It should be noted that I received it on January 2nd and took it to the authorized repair shop on January 11th. I picked it up on January 13th, one of them said it was working fine and the other technician decided that it probably had water residue, which is not true. However, it brews good coffee, it is not noisy, I use illy coffee and I am satisfied, the only negative is that it doesn't make it as hot as I would like. I don't make frothy milk, so I don't have an opinion on that. The water tank is useful. In terms of plastic construction quality, I would expect something better.
Note: The second coffee maker has not been used yet, I hope it doesn't have any issues.
I will come back for further evaluation. After a few days of use, it had the same problem twice and then, after it worked and I made a coffee, it wouldn't turn off from the on/off switch. I contacted the service and they referred me to Delonghi Hellas. After a phone call, they told me to send it for replacement process to start.

I am coming back for the evaluation. In the end, it was not replaced by the company but repaired. Since then, it has not had any issues. The usage I have is one to two coffees maximum per day, the second coffee maker did not have any problems. Overall, I am satisfied so far

Επανέρχομαι για την αξιολόγηση . Τελικα δεν έγινε αντικατάσταση από την εταιρία αλλά επισκευή. Από τότε δεν παρουσίασε κάποιο πρόβλημα. Η χρήση που κάνω είναι ένας έως δύο καφέδες μέγιστο ημερησίως , η δεύτερη καφετιέρα δεν παρουσίασε κάποιο πρόβλημα . Γενικά μέχρι τώρα είμαι ευχαριστημενος

Purchased on 31/12/20 and in less than 2 months of use, problems started. Initially, in the process of making a classic espresso, the coffee stopped flowing without much pressure in the tamping, which surprised me considering that the machine theoretically has a high pressure rating. I cleaned the screens with a toothbrush in case they were clogged for some reason, but the problem was not resolved. Then, water started leaking from the plastic connections with the boiler, not from the grouphead. For a few days, I continued to use it despite the issue, with water spilling on the countertop, etc., until it reached the point where it even tripped the house's safety switch.
I contacted the store where I bought it and the company, since it is under a 2-year warranty, and they referred me to authorized service centers located in several places in Athens. I handed it over in February to be informed that the boiler needs to be replaced and under normal circumstances, the spare parts take 25 days to arrive, with an unknown completion date for the repair.
I am still waiting to receive it, so I paid 90 Euros for 1 month of machine usage, and currently, it has been over a month without any mention of replacement or anything similar from the company, which is completely unacceptable when it is clear that I purchased a machine with clear defects.
As for the coffee quality, do not expect much from a machine in this price range, as they are all more or less the same. It is fine for someone who just wants a cup of coffee to wake up and go to work, but not for someone who appreciates good coffee.
Αγορασμένη 31/12/20 και σε λιγότερο από 2 μήνες χρήσης για παρασκευή 1-2 καφέδων την ημέρα ξεκίνησαν προβλήματα. Αρχικά, σε κόψιμο κλασσικού εσπρέσσο σταμάτησε να τρέχει ο καφές χωρίς ιδιαίτερη πίεση στο tamping, πράγμα που μου έκανε εντύπωση με μηχανή που θεωρητικά έχει τόσα bar πίεσης. Καθάρισα με οδοντόβουρτσα τις σίτες σε περίπτωση που για κάποιο λόγο είχε βουλώσει και το πρόβλημα δε λύθηκε. Στη συνέχεια άρχισαν να τρέχουν νερά από την ένωση των πλαστικών με το boiler, κι όχι από το grouphead. Για λίγες ημέρες τη λειτούργησα παρά το θέμα, με πολλά νερά φυσικά στον πάγκο κλπ, ώσπου σαν αποκορύφωμα άρχισε να ρίχνει και την ασφάλεια του σπιτιού.
Επικοινώνησα με το κατάστημα που την αγόρασα και την εταιρεία, εφόσον είναι στην εγγύηση των 2 χρόνων και με παρέπεμψαν σε εξουσιοδοτημένα service που έχει σε αρκετά σημεία στην Αθήνα. Την παρέδωσα μέσα Φεβρουαρίου για να μου πουν πως θα γίνει αλλαγή boiler και πως υπό κανονικές συνθήκες τα ανταλλακτικά θέλουν 25 μέρες για να φτάσουν και άγνωστο το πότε θα ολοκληρωθεί κι η επισκευή.
Ακόμη περιμένω να την παραλάβω, οπότε έδωσα 90 Ευρώ για 1 μήνα χρήσης της μηχανής και προς το παρόν μετράμε 1 μήνα και κάτι εκτός, χωρίς μνοία αντικατάστασης ή κάτι παρεμφερές από την εταιρεία, το οποίο είναι εντελώς απαράδεκτο όταν είναι πασιφανές πως αγόρασα μία καθαρά ελλατωματική μηχανή.
Όσο για την ποιότητα του καφέ, μην περιμένετε και πάρα πολλά από μία μηχανή αυτής της κατηγορίας τιμών που πάνω κάτω όλες ίδιες είναι. Για κάποιο που απλά θέλει να πιει ένα καφέ για να ξυπνήσει και να πάει στην δουλειά του είναι μια χαρά αλλά όχι για κάποιον που αγαπά τον καλό καφέ.
Overall, it is a value for money coffee maker that I recommend to anyone who wants to enjoy a nice coffee at home without having any particular demands

Unfortunately, I fell into the trap and bought this coffee maker!
After one month of use (I bought it on 2/9/2020), the boiler broke and it didn't heat the water!
Furthermore, I had to wait another month for the company's technical department to fix it!

It makes a good coffee for its price with a nice foam. It requires a bit of work to learn how to use it, but also to experiment. Espresso at home with bottled water is day and night compared to tap water. Also, you need to see which coffee suits this machine, I now only use a specific brand of Arabica. One good thing is that for a double espresso, it automatically stops at 50ml, so you won't drink too much water if you don't know. If you want a little more, wait 7-8 seconds for it to heat up again and continue. Ristretto, espresso, double ristretto, double espresso, and lungo that I tried are all good. However, you need to pay attention to the timing, so I got a dosing cup for espresso. I haven't tried cappuccino and other milk-based coffees, so I don't have an opinion.
κάνει μια χαρά καφέ για τα λεφτά της με καλό καϊμάκι. θέλει λίγο δουλίτσα βέβαια να τη μάθεις αλλά και να πειραματιστεις.. εσπρέσσο στο σπίτι πάντα με εμφιαλωμένο νερό είναι μέρα με τη νύχτα σε σχέση με το νερό βρύσης. επίσης θέλει να δεις και ποιος καφές σου ταιριάζει σε αυτή τη μηχανή εγώ πλέον περνώ μόνο συγκεκριμένης μάρκας αραμπικα. ένα καλό είναι ότι για διπλό εσπρέσσο σταματάει αυτόματα στα 50ml που πρέπει να να είναι οπότε δε παίζει να τον πιεις νερουλό άμα δε ξερεις. αν πάλι θέλεις λίγο παραπάνω περιμενεις 7-8 δευτερόλεπτα να ξαναζεσταθει και συνεχιζεις. ριστρετο, εσπρέσσο, διπλό ριστρετο, διπλό εσπρέσσο και λουγκο που δοκίμασα είναι μια χαρά. θέλει προσοχή στους χρόνους όμως εγώ πήρα ποτηράκι δοσομετριτη για εσπρέσσο. για καπουτσίνο και άλλους καφέδες με γάλα δε δοκίμασα οπότε δεν έχω άποψη.
