Rich in dietary fiber, the Ciabatta bread is fluffy thanks to the sourdough, while when baked it acquires a crispy crust. Spread it with spreads for a quick snack or fill it with savory ingredients for a delicious sandwich. It is specially designed for people with gluten intolerance and suitable for those allergic to gluten, wheat, and lactose.

Brewing Method

Before baking, spray with a little water. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 5 minutes.

The package contains 4 pre-baked round buns packed in a protected atmosphere.

Ingredients

Sourdough (rice flour, water), corn starch, rice flour, water, sunflower seeds 7.5%, buckwheat flour 7%, flax seeds 5.5%, beet syrup, apple fiber, rice starch, yeast, apple extract, thickener: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, soy protein, salt, sunflower oil, acidity regulator: tartaric acid.
