Ciabatta bread by Schar with buckwheat, sunflower seeds, flaxseeds, and sourdough, free from gluten, lactose, and wheat. Rich in dietary fiber, the Ciabatta bread is fluffy thanks to the sourdough, while when baked it acquires a crispy crust. Spread it with spreads for a quick snack or fill it with savory ingredients for a delicious sandwich. It is specially designed for people with gluten intolerance and suitable for those allergic to gluten, wheat, and lactose.

Brewing Method

Before baking, spray with a little water. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 5 minutes.

The package contains 4 pre-baked round buns packed in a protected atmosphere.
