- Sauté the product for 1 minute in 60g fresh butter.
- Add 750ml hot water (alternatively chicken or vegetable broth) and bring to a boil.
- Once it boils, reduce the heat intensity and simmer for another 12 minutes.
- Garnish with grated Kefalograviera cheese.
