Step 1: Warm-up

Use the Bathmate in the bath or shower. Massage the genital area to relax the skin.

Step 2: Filling the pump

For the Hydro: Make sure the valve is in the closed position (press the black button inward and hold it). Fill the pump with as much water as possible (lukewarm, not hot!).

For the Hydromax: Make sure the valve is in the closed position (press the black button to either side). Remove the comfort insert (optional). Fill the pump with as much water as possible (lukewarm, not hot!). Reinsert the comfort insert (if removed).

For the HydroXtreme: Make sure the valve is in the closed position (press the black button inward and hold it). Remove the comfort insert (optional). Fill the pump with as much water as possible (lukewarm, not hot!). Reinsert the comfort insert (if removed).

Step 3: Placing the pump

Insert the penis in a relaxed state into the pump. Press the pump against the body to create a seal. Make sure the testicles are below the contact point. With the pump at a slight upward angle, open the valve by bringing the black button to the central position. Secure the valve by turning the cap clockwise. Connect the manual pump to the tube and the tube to the valve.

Step 4: Creating a vacuum

For the Hydro: Set the valve to the open position (release the black button). Pull the pump towards the body to seal. Once sealed, continue the pumping process until you reach a comfortable maximum pressure.

For the Hydromax: Set the valve to the open position (return the black button to the center). Pull the pump towards the body to seal. Once sealed, continue the pumping process until you reach a comfortable maximum pressure.

For the HydroXtreme: (Note: for use without the manual pump, follow the above steps for Hydro/Hydromax). Pull the pump towards the body to seal. Press the manual pump to create further suction. Repeat until you reach a comfortable maximum pressure.

Step 5: Waiting

Wait for up to 3 minutes, adding pressure if required. (Tip: Use a shower strap for hands-free use).

Step 6: Removing the pump

Press down on the transparent valve cap. Hold it until the vacuum is released. Remove the pump.

Step 7: Penis massage

Form an "OK" grip with your hand. Gently slide the grip from the base of the penis along the shaft, stopping at the glans. Repeat the movement for up to 2 minutes to relax the penis.

Step 8: Repeat steps 2-7

We recommend completing these steps 2 more times. Limit daily use to 15 minutes per 24 hours (3 x 5 minutes [3 minutes in the pump, 2 minutes massage]). Limit weekly use to 5 days (for example: 2 days use, 1 day rest, 3 days use, 1 day rest). For all devices, for maximum benefits in erection hardness and blood flow, it is preferable to remove the device every 2-3 minutes. Massage in a relaxed state for 2 minutes, then reapply the device and repeat the process.
