Works perfectly with all SATA drives, the package also includes the extra power supply, the USB cable is quite short in length so if your PC is far from your desk and you don't want it hanging, consider a USB extension.

It worked immediately, I tested it on 3 hard drives I had and it opened all of them without any problems. For a 3.5" drive, the extra power supply was needed, but for SSD and 2.5" drives, only the USB was enough.

I have no complaints, it works perfectly. Just sometimes when I turn off the computer the disk keeps working indefinitely.

Today I received it and tried it, on a BD-RW drive & HDD sata 2TB where there was no issue, either in their recognition or in file transfer, where the drive in particular was set to Performance mode and not the default Quick removal.

Let me mention here something that is not stated in the specifications, regarding the cables. Its power supply is 1.5m while the USB is 55cm, so both are quite long for most people.

I copied files to 4 HDD disks.
It starts at 120mbps and then, as the disk warmed up, it dropped to 80mbps

An old internal hard disk drive 3.5'' that I had as a secondary drive (the first one has been an SSD for a long time) broke down and had several files that I didn't have a chance to back up, as well as some installed programs that prevented the computer from booting properly. I replaced it with an SSD and got this adapter in case I could recover my lost files. Sometimes the adapter couldn't read the drive at all, other times it would read it for a short while and suddenly lose it, and sometimes it would read it for a longer period. After many attempts, I managed to recover my files and everything is fine. Buying the adapter was a risk because I didn't know if I would be able to use it. Fortunately, it turned out that the hard disk drive didn't completely give up, and I was able to recover my files. Therefore, five stars.

For now, very good product. I tried it with a 2.5-inch hard drive with power and data cables and everything works perfectly. The cable is probably for 3.5-inch hard drives. The brand is very good. I have been using it for many years. Only one product was defective and was replaced. They probably don't perform quality checks due to cost. There is no better brand than this. Many good products that you can't find in other brands. The quality is top-notch.

It is quite good in terms of its performance for its cost. It has no speed issues as it reaches normal USB 3.0 speeds.

It has a power supply that is needed for larger 3.5'' drives, but for SSDs and smaller 2.5'' mechanical drives with low power consumption, the cable is not necessary.

The only thing I didn't like is that the SATA port is somewhat easy to break. It requires careful attention when inserting or removing it.
