I read that it is not compatible with the iPad Pro 2021, 12.9''.
This was a response given by a representative from ESR to a potential buyer, but I had already ordered it. It arrived today.
Guess what: it fits perfectly fine, which is logical since the iPad Pro 2021 has the same dimensions as the 2020 version. However, it covers 1.5 holes from the speakers [photo] at the bottom (which personally doesn't bother me, but someone might consider it a problem, and yes, the American was right).
However: it does stand with the case on the Magic Keyboard, but I wouldn't trust it there, as the magnetic attachment is not strong at all (also very logical).
Update: although the Apple Pencil 2 magnetically attaches to the side of the device - there is also a special slot in the case - it does not charge, only if the case is removed.
Update2: Ignore the above. The Apple Pencil 2 actually charges normally, my mistake.
