Giffard has known for over 125 years the right way to produce high-quality syrups. The company was created in 1885 by Emile Giffard, a pharmacist who invented a mint liqueur which he named Menthe Pastille. Since then and four generations later, Giffard continues to always aim for finding the best and most aromatic ingredients to create its products.
