Dried mushrooms that retain strong forest & hazelnut aromas for a long time. They are impossible to cultivate due to the special mycorrhizal relationships they develop with trees such as firs and chestnuts.
In Greek nature, they are collected in 2 periods: Spring and Autumn.
The mushrooms are sliced in a plastic bucket produced by a Greek factory with a food-safe security lid.
